RETURNS: We will gladly replace any manufacturers defect within 1 (one) week of purchase. We will replace the item with the same exact item and same color or other color if same color is unavailable. Please call to troubleshoot first. Most of the time it is a simple fix. Any item returned that is not defective will be charged for returning the product as it was received unless another order is in the system, then we will send the item(s) with the new order. All returns must be with original packaging and in original brand new condition or they will not be accepted and returned exactly as it was received, defective or not. Cannot be shop warn or with stickers or markings. Customer is responsible for return shipping. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, FAD OR SEASONAL ITEMS OR ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN CLOSED OUT OR DISCONTINUED. ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 (THREE) DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. YOU MUST STRICTLY ADHERE TO THIS POLICY IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A CLAIM.
No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Return authorization number expires within one week of issue.
